Each project may be governed by a:

• Proposal
• Quotation
• Statement of Work
• Service Agreement
• Master Service Agreement
• Invoice
• Other written project confirmation

The applicable project document will define the agreed scope, pricing, timeline and deliverables.

BraveNexas will deliver the agreed project scope.

Requests outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may require:

• Additional fees
• Additional development time
• Revised delivery timelines

The client must provide required:

• Content
• Brand assets
• Business information
• Images
• Approvals
• Feedback
• Technical information
• Hosting/domain access
• API or third-party access

Client delays may affect project timelines.

Payment schedules will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or agreement.

Where applicable, work may begin only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in suspension of project work or delivery.

Design revisions will be provided according to the agreed scope.

Requests beyond the agreed revision limit or approved direction may be treated as additional work.

Project timelines are based on the information and approvals available to BraveNexas.

Client delays, scope changes, third-party delays or technical dependencies may affect the original timeline.

Where the client approves a design, feature, milestone or deliverable, subsequent major changes may be treated as additional work.

Upon full payment of the applicable project fees, ownership of specifically commissioned final deliverables will transfer to the client where agreed in the project agreement.

BraveNexas retains ownership of its pre-existing:

• Frameworks
• Tools
• Templates
• Processes
• Reusable components
• Libraries
• Technical know-how

Third-party software, fonts, APIs, plugins, libraries and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Projects may depend on third-party services including hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, cloud platforms, payment gateways and software licenses.

Third-party fees are payable by the client where not specifically included in the project quotation.

BraveNexas is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes or discontinuation of third-party services outside its control.

BraveNexas will maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding client information.

A separate NDA may be executed where required.

Post-launch support will be provided according to the support period specified in the applicable agreement.

Ongoing maintenance, additional features, content updates or technical support may require a separate agreement.

BraveNexas does not guarantee specific:

• Revenue
• Sales
• Leads
• Downloads
• Search rankings
• Traffic
• User growth
• Conversion rates

unless a specific written guarantee is included in the applicable agreement.

Client cancellation is governed by the Client Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement.
